LA JOLLA OCEAN SESSION

Also open to Groms who have completed the safety and rescue techniques as well as the basic freediving skills in the WATERGROMS Breath Control Workshop, are the Ocean Training Sessions.  These Ocean Training Sessions will focus on building confidence underwater in a less controlled environment.  Like the Pool Training Sessions, the Ocean Sessions will build upon the skills learned in the main WATERGROMS course.
