UNDERWATER SURF TRAINING SESSIONS

Looking to improve your performance in the water? Interested in becoming a mermaid or perhaps, merman!?!
These workouts are designed specifically for people who want to train and prepare for all types of ocean scenairos, utilizing basic freediving and breath control techniques to increase fitness, confidence in the water, and to build tolerance to Carbon Dioxide.
During each weekly workout participants will practice drills that increase underwater efficiency, improve athletic performance, help manage hold downs, and implementing strategies to stay calm in and out of the water.

Although the drills covered in these training sessions were designed with surfing and ocean sports in mind, you don’t have to be an experienced surfer or paddler (or even an athlete for that matter) to benefit from this type of training. These sessions benefit athletes of all levels and from all sports and can even help improve your everyday stress response if you are not necessarily an athlete.
Whether you are a proficient athlete looking to learn more about your body and to gain an edge, or someone looking to improve your overall fitness and confidence, these sessions are for you.
