WATERLOGGED
WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS
So, you want to spend more time underwater?
Looking to improve your performance underwater? Interested in becoming a mermaid, or perhaps, a merman?!?
These workouts are designed specifically for people who want to train and prepare for all types of ocean scenarios. Each workout utilizes basic breathing and freediving techniques to increase fitness, confidence in the water, and to build tolerance to Carbon Dioxide.
During each workout, participants will practice drills that increase underwater efficiency, improve athletic performance, help manage hold downs, and implement strategies to stay calm both in and out of the water.
