We offer private sessions for individuals or smal groups that focus on exactly what you need to work on.

Need to increase your breath hold time?  We got you.

Want to focus on relaxing during hold downs?  No problem.

Does your paddle strength need improvement?  Let’s do it.

During private sessions, we will work on areas that will benefit you the most. Whether you’re not super confident in the water (yet…) or you are charging huge waves, these sessions will be tailored to match your skill level and goals.

We believe in a slow and steady approach to training and each participant is encouraged to progress at their own speed.

We have sessions available for kids and adults and are happy to spend time in the pool or the ocean.
