Water Groms and breath hold for ocean athletes

This 1 day course teaches basic freediving and breath hold techniques that will help make you a more comfortable and confident in the water. During two separate pool sessions, you will learn to be more efficient underwater, how to handle hold downs, and practice relaxing during intimidating situations.

PADI FREEDIVER COURSE
$395
This 2 day course includes classroom, pool and open ocean sessions. During these sessions, you will learn the risks, safety, and problem management associated with freediving. This will not only make you a better freediver, but also a safer and better dive buddy. Whether you are a surfer or a freediver, by practicing breath holding in a controlled environment you will better understand how your body responds to extended breath-holding, and how to manage the physics that affect you when you’re underwater.
COURSE GOALS

10 meter (33ft) depth/ 18 meter (55ft) max depth

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
The ability to swim 200 meters continuously on the surface
Complete the Freediver Touch Program
Complete the Confined Water Session
Complete the Open Water Session
*Must be at least 15 years old
FREEDIVER/breath hold for ocean athletes COMBO
This 3 day course includes both the PADI Freediver Certification and the Breath Hold for Ocean Athletes Course with a few added skills and techniques. This course is perfect for the all-around Ocean Athlete (or someone who would like to become well-rounded) who is interested in becoming more confident and comfortable in the water, and will prepare you to deal with a variety of ocean scenarios.
