PADI FREEDIVER COURSE

December 8-9, 2018

WHY TAKE A FREEDIVING COURSE…

Be More Comfortable and Confident in the Water

More often than not, people are surprised at how much more capable they are than they thought.  By taking a freediving course, you have the chance to learn and practice breath hold techniques that will help you remain calm and confident in the water.

Learn About How Your Body Responds to Being Underwater

Whether you are a surfer, a freediver, or just someone who wants to be more comfortable in the water, it is helpful to know how you feel in different situations.  Practicing breath holding in a controlled environment helps you learn how your body will respond to extended breath-holding as well as how to manage the physics that affect you when you’re underwater.

Become a Better Dive Buddy

By learning the risks, safety, and problem management correlated with breath-holding, you will be a safer and better dive buddy.
